IBDV Virus Neutralization

Our lab is currently working with Bursine-2, IBDV 8903, and S706 in virus neutralization assays. Is anyone conducting VN assays for antibodies to infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) or are you only using ELISA kits? If you are conducting VN assays, what viral antigens are you using?

We use ELISA only. We use it for calculation of optimal vaccination date, and to follow up vaccination.
