PCR kits

What PCR kits are you using for routine diagnosis of field samples? Has anyone tried the Promega PCR Master Mix (#M7502)? I have experience with the RT-PCR kits but have not done any regular PCR for a while.

We use Qiagen (again) master mix for RNA and DNA amplification. We perform thousands of assays/year using them. We also use a kit form Roche to get total RNA from boar semen (it works better with that particular material). We tried with Qiagen for the first time 9 years ago, and from then onwards we validated most of our tests using those kits.

More recently we moved to real-time PCR kits with SYBRgreen with very good results
